Booking and checking in/out (direct bookings)
A night in a pod costs £100, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
The number of people staying in a pod is limited to 3.
Payment should be made no later than 2 weeks before the start of your stay.
Your stay, and receipt of payment, will be confirmed by email.
Checking in is contactless by way of a key box outside the door of the pod. The combination of the key box and directions to the site will be sent by email or text before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy (for direct bookings)
If you wish to cancel your booking you should notify us as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if the cancellation is made more than 2 days before the start of your stay.
